Proposal and Grant Writing: Our skills in developing documents for government review are guided by our experience in evaluating proposals as government officials. When combined with our knowledge of telecommunications and rural issues, we stand ready to assist BTOP applicants in making a compelling case for funding.
Auction design and implementation: We have been designing and implementing auctions for nearly 20 years covering non-performing loans, spectrum licenses, greenhouse gas emissions, take-off and landing slots and electricity. We have worked with the Resolution Trust Corporation, the Federal Communications Commission, Industry Canada, Trinidad and Tobago and several private entities. Bidder Support Services: We have advised clients in recent FCC and Industry Canada spectrum auctions providing them with the tools and expertise they need to effectively participate in the auctions.
Custom mapping: We create custom maps of any data-set in a variety of formats for use in internal planning, public presentations, filings with government agencies or for advertisements or web sites. Our maps have been featured in telecom trade publications and used by private companies.
Software development: We have over 15 years of experience in software development and have implemented large-scale projects for the FCC to support their auction and licensing programs. We have also created an auction simulation tool and bid tracking tool for the recent AWS and 700 MHz auctions in the US.
Project and program management: We have Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification and have experience developing and managing multi-million dollar government programs.
Policy Analysis and Consulting services: Our team of seasoned professionals have written on a variety of topics including a global study of spectrum liberalization and an analysis of spectrum allocation in the US and Europe.
